Four-day-old
twin males are brought to the office by their mother for an initial
examination.
When prompted for concerns, the boys' mother reports that one of her sons cannot turn his head to the right. Physical examination reveals significant suboccipital tension with compression of his occipital and temporal bones on the right. He can move his cervical spine into right sidebending and left rotation. The examination is otherwise unremarkable.
