What is the Readiness Survey (RS)?

• The Readiness Survey (RS) is a cloud-based system used to determine your current state of knowledge and level of confidence in subjects where specific knowledge and skills are needed to be successful in your role.
• Learning content is included in the survey along with content reinforcement and immediate feedback. 

Will I be able to use my computer or my smart phone or other mobile device?

• Yes, you can use a desk-top computer, laptop, or mobile device.

Will my survey results be reported to my supervisor?

• Yes, a supervisor and trainer will have access to a report. The information will be used to determine what training or development activities are needed to ensure you are successful in your role. The supervisor and trainer will also have access to an individualized learning plan (ILP).

How will the information after completing the survey be used?

• The information will be used to target specific areas of needed training and is used to create an individual learning plan (ILP) tailored to specific training and development needs.

Will I need to track my time for completing the survey?

• No, the survey tool tracks the amount of time spent on each question or problem and the total time for completing a subject or topic will be recorded and available.

How many times can I take a survey?

• You can complete the survey as many times as needed to achieve a Mastered level of completion.

Will the survey be used to make hiring or promotion decisions?

• The survey is not intended to be used, nor is it validated to make hiring decisions
• The information may be used as one factor when considering an individual for a promotion opportunity.

Will information from the completed survey be part of my training transcript?

• The system is designed to supply information to a Learning Management System (LMS) if a company requests an integration.
• The integration would show the survey(s) completed on a transcript.
